Setur Marinas was awarded the ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certificate as a result of the audit assessment conducted by TÜV SÜD, one of the world's leading assessment organizations.
Having said that they were to keep on working to improve their customer satisfaction standards to higher levels, Setur Marinas General Manager, Emre Doruk further stated that: “As Setur Marinas, we conduct all our operations with the perspective of improving customer satisfaction. Within this framework, we work for the satisfaction of not only our guests, but also our employees. We are delighted that all these efforts have been crowned with ISO 10002 Certificate.”
ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System standards essentially assess issues such as creating a customer-oriented environment that is primarily open to feedback, resolving each complaint received, and fulfilling management commitments to improve customer service.
